How to pass Dynamic parameter from one view to another

My first view shows a data for all the Users. After clicking on that view it is redirected to separate view. On this second view I want to show the data for the User which was clicked in First Graph.How to achieve that??

This is easy to do with an app called sideview utils. You'll need convert your views to advanced XML if they aren't already, but then you'll be able to pass parameters between views with ease.
