How to merge a row count in a table to other row

Hi,

I am trying to merge below row "EUR%20" count to "EUR" . Please help.

String:

sourcetype=access_combined index="web_technology" host="*" clientip="*" REGION_CD!=ALL REGION_CD!=ALL%20 | stats count by REGION_CD

Try like

...your query...| replace "*%20" with "*" in REGION_CD 
| stats count by REGION_CD
