How to get a line chart of a ratio of time based values using a condition

I have attached a picture of the data to get a better understanding of it. What I am trying to do is to show the ratio between the count of values with BOOKG_REQ_STS of 200 and 100 on a Capture1.PNGCapture2.PNGminute basis, using a line chart. And also display that data in a table. Thanks in advance for the help!
