How to configure Optiv Threat Intel to use a proxy

I recently upgraded Optiv Threat Intel app and all of my proxy information disappeared. I have been searching around but can't find where to put the proxy settings?

There isn't an app setting for proxy config, can you try the built-in Splunk conf file that specifies proxies?
