Splunk Search

How to change "display view" for saved searches other than flashtimeline

I have created a custom form using pulldowns(sideview) and passing my search to splunk's "save search" popup and saving the search.
now my search is visible in the "searches and report" section.
But the "display View" for my search is the view name from which I have created the search, that is Form name. So when I click on "run"..it again goes to the form instead of showing the result.
I understand this behavior as my display view is not "flashtimeline".
I read http://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/admin/savedsearchesconf#savedsearches.conf.spec
and it is telling that I need to change displayview= but how..I have tries but it is not working.
Please help.
I want to open my result with flashtimeline until I write my own flashtimeline.
