How do I get a Search manager to create a Search when I hit the submit button in a HTML Dashboard?

Hi ,

Is there a way to add logic the actual submit button, so that my search manager (populated with token values) fires off its search when I hit the submit button?

The default generated code for submit buttons looks like this:

var submit = new SubmitButton({
    id: 'submit',
    el: $('#search_btn')
}, {tokens: true}).render();
submit.on("submit", function() {
    submitTokens();
});

Hint: Build a SimpleXML dashboard and look at the generated sources.
