How I can change color of the graph as per value

Hi , I have created one graph for Success and failure result, but not able to change the color, How I can have the red color for Failed and green color for success

Column charts such as you are showing allow you to change the colour of the series not the values. Your charts appear to have only one series each, hence both values in the series have the same colour. In order to get different colours for the columns, you will need to change your search to produce a different column (which maps to a series in the chart) for each value you want to show.
