Help Deploying URL Parser TA to Index and Search Head Cluster

I've been trying to follow examples of other TAs that might use SCP v2 to add parameters I can't use because of chunked = true in commands.conf

On other TAs you can usually add local = true but because this uses chunked it limits the amount of parameters you can use.

Does anyone have any guidance on changes that can be made to push this to our cluster? We don't want this replicating on the indexers and ideally would only like to have it run locally.

I can get it to work with | localop but would prefer to not have to do that and have to teach others to use it that way.
