Dashboard tile not showing up the data

Hi 

We have successfully configure dashboard for the ups monitoring , however the dashboard was working fine with no issue. From 1st /08/2024 no data are showing up in the tile. 

• Checked UF & services - All working with no issue, restarted the service issue not resolved
• Checked splunk index , can find the latest event is 17 days not sure what is the problem 
  could you please advice the issue

Have you checked the Search behind your dashboard panels? Have you verified that all used fields in these searches are still existing?

Hi 

Yes the spl query is working

1 - If i select the date range last 30 days the same spl query pulling out the data 

2 - if i select last 20 days i cant see the data, which means no information are coming in

Please share the spl query and some sample data. The data format hasn't been changed in the meanwhile?
