DELIM not capturing full value

I'm using DELIM to extract colon separated KV pairs separated by a comma.

DELIMS = ",", ":"

This is somewhat working. The problem I'm noticing is that it's not capturing the full value if there's an additional comma. Here's an example. The UserAgent stops at (KHTML,.

Any suggestions?
