Create folders in "Searches & Reports" drop down menu

Does any one know how to create folders in "Searches & Reports" drop down menu to organize the searches?

You have to edit the navigation XML. There are two docs topics that are relevant here:

  1. Define navigation to saved searches and reports, in the Knowledge Manager Manual.
  2. Build navigation for your app in the Developing Views and Apps for Splunk Web manual.
