here's my code

<fieldset submitButton="true" autoRun="false">
<input type="text" token="field1">
</fieldset>

I want to unchange the value that I rewrite automatically.
someone said, I need to put this option, searchWhenChange="false"
my wondering is what is the meaning of autoRun="false"
It's the same result value if I write autoRun="true" and also autoRun="false"
Thanks

Hi

Check this sample, when autoRun=ture, without clicking, submit button result get loaded. modify autoRun in this example and see the difference.

<form>
  <label>multiselect</label>
  <fieldset submitButton="true" autoRun="true">
    <input type="multiselect" token="field1" searchWhenChanged="false">
      <label>field1</label>
      <valuePrefix>method="</valuePrefix>
      <delimiter> OR </delimiter>
      <valueSuffix>"</valueSuffix>
      <fieldForLabel>method</fieldForLabel>
      <fieldForValue>method</fieldForValue>
      <search>
        <query>index="_internal" sourcetype=splunkd_ui_access |stats count by method</query>
      </search>
      <choice value="*">All</choice>
      <default>*</default>
    </input>
  </fieldset>
  <row>
    <panel>
      <table>
        <search>
          <query>index="_internal" $field1$</query>
          <earliest>-24h@h</earliest>
          <latest>now</latest>
        </search>
        <option name="drilldown">none</option>
      </table>
    </panel>
  </row>
</form>

Hi

When autoRun= true, means the search runs as soon as it is loaded.

loaded means like refresh a dashboard?
But, I wrote autoRun="false", dashboard loaded well automatically
