Is there any way to add Meraki to the 3rd party integrations or is there any way to make it work?

Hey, 

I would like to configure a webhook to send Meraki (Cisco) alarms to Splunk-On-Call. 
There isn't a dedicated 3rd party integration for this, and the "REST" - generic isn't working with it. 
Is there any way to add Meraki to the 3rd party integrations or is there any way to make it work?
