Sync Up IP address, MAC address and serial number via otel collector from linux/windows machines

I've installed the otel collector for collecting Infrastructure monitoring data from Linux and Windows machines.

I'm not able to get the values for IP address, MAC address, serial number for those machines on the cloud. I checked by going on UI. I can see OS information but I also need either one of those three fields to be synced up on the cloud.

Is there a way to sync up network data in infrastructure monitoring?
