How do I create RUM token?
I'm an admin on a trial account and I am unable to create a RUM Token from Settings > Access Tokens. I only have options Ingest Token or Api Token.
The documentation says [here](https://docs.splunk.com/Observability/rum/set-up-rum.html) that there should be a RUM Token option at this location but it is not available.
How can I create a RUM Token?

Hi,
It looks like from your screenshot that your realm is "au0". RUM is not yet available in that realm. To try RUM now, you'd need to create a trial account in a realm where RUM is available. The health status page for each realm can tell you what components are available (https://status.signalfx.com/)

Thanks @bishida, I tried creating an account from that link but I am still unable to create the RUM token.
These are the plan details I could find:
When I navigate to https://app.au0.signalfx.com/#/error I see resources failing due to:
{
{
"code" : 403,
"message" : "Missing entitlement"
}
I have not been able to find a configuration setting in the app to enable RUM even though I am an Admin.
How can the entitlement be enabled on my account? Are you able to please help connect with a support person to resolve this issue?

Hi,
It sounds like RUM isn't enabled on this particular free trial instance. When RUM isn't enabled, you won't see the RUM token option available when trying to create a new token. If you start a free trial by following the RUM trial link (https://www.splunk.com/en_us/download/rum-free-trial.html) you should get a trial instance with RUM enabled.
