splunk db connect ORA-01882: timezone region not found

Hi Experts

I am getting below error :
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01882: timezone region not found

Its working fine for oracle 12c servers but show below error while execute on 11g servers.

But please suggest how I connect oracle-12c and oracle-11g both to our Splunk DB connect app.
At now my DB connect app properly working with 12c but I want to monitor 11g also, both version use different drivers version.
