The ITSI sandbox has been officially removed.

No, It has not removed it's still there but there are some internal issue from Splunk because of that we are not able to get sandbox

Try basic clearing browsing history cache etc...

It did not work. I received the same error information.
The error information is ‘We are sorry, an internal error detected when creating the stack. Please try again later.’
