Hi there,
I'm having a problem with ITSI. After adding services though uploading CSV, I'm unable to change any of the services properties (eg. changing entities, KPI, or service dependencies). If I tried to change it, it will revert back. Before this occurs, uploading through the CSV takes a long time. I refreshed the page and did a second upload, in which in went fast and successful. But then came the problem I'm experiencing now. Where should I be looking to see what's wrong and what should I do to fix this?
