Splunk ITSI 4.3.1 Default Service Analyser showing Blank screen

After installing Splunk ITSI within a Search Head Cluster it is showing a Blank Screen on the default service analyser page. Also getting the following error message when inspecting the web page from Browser. Tried accessing with Chrome and Safari.
