ITSI event management, Servicenow integration: Can we search on ticket number?

Hello,

Is it possible to search on ServiceNow ticket number in ITSI episode review. We use the ServiceNow add-on to integrate. Tickets are added to the episode, but I don't seem to find a way to search on snow ticket number in the episode review.

 

Can someone help me?
