How do I permanently set "Viewing Option" as prominent in ITSI?

We recently upgraded to 7.2.5.1 and everytime I logon to ITSI I have to set "Viewing Option" from standard to prominent. I would like to find a way of setting it to prominent permanently, but I haven't found a setting for it. Any ideas?

Once you set "Viewing Option" from standard to prominent, you can click the "Save" button for the view to make it permanent.
