How do I add Splunk ITSI "service Health Score" into a custom/search and reporting dashboard ?

I need to add service health score in custom or another dashboard ...is that possible?

By "custom or another dashboard", I assume you mean a Splunk SimpleXML dashboard.
Here are some options:
- You can 'drill down' to an ITSI Glass Table from a SimpleXML dashboard (or visa versa)
- You can use the service health score data (in index=itsi_summary) to create your own SimpleXML panels. The data format is a bit gnarly, but is well documented. This method works pretty well
