Copy configuration of Entity

I have setup of ITSI which have configured entity and services. I have to copy same entity from one server to another.

I have pulled entity in csv format and tried uploading csv in another server, but unable to see same configuration.

any thought in such cases

I am able to figure out issue, simple run search and identify the entity title name, save as csv file in report.

Then upload same csv file through import entity from csv
