Can't see metrics data in dashboard

Splunk ITSI

i have been install the splunk server and universal forwarders in different centos machine and the splunk server to create the hec token. that token will be using to create the metrics like(splunk app for infrastructure )but i can't able to see the metrics data in dashboard but my splunk forwarder logs are sending to the server.
