Why os Workday add-on 1.1.0 showing blank configuration page on splunk HF 8.2.2?

Workday add-on 1.1.0 showing blank page or stays on loading on splunk HF 8.2.2.

Tried restarting several times, see attached screenshot.

Did anyone face a similar issue?
