Why is the error popping up after upgrade from 8.0.3 to 8.2.4?

After upgrading to 8.2.4, now the Splunk Enterprise cluster is reporting this error

Unable to initialize modular input "relaymodaction" defined in the app "Splunk_SA_CIM": Introspecting scheme=relaymodaction: script running failed (PID 27150 exited with code 1)

Hi @rlucier 

I guess you are using Splunk_SA_CIM version 4.x

please update the app to leatst version Splunk_SA_CIM 5.x,
this might fix the issue
