Why aren't my login and/or password working?

Use my user name /password incorrect..... get an email to change password which I do. It says account updated. Login - incorrect password or username Help

you must used your login and not your email address to log in !

Are you using a free cloud trial? Can you give a little more information about which product you are trying to use, and whether you have installed anything?
