Why am I not receiving data from database inputs?

Hi, i have database inputs configured in splunk with 2 sources on 1 server.

Issue is i can see data from one source but no data from 2 nd source on same server.

I am unaware of this database  inputs configurations.

How do I troubleshoot this issue??
