Where are License reports for Enterprise ver 9.0.2 located?

Is there a license report called:

license report: current month license data with peak and avg.

If so, where is it located?  If not, how could I create it?

Adapted from the Splunk Enterprise Admin Manual [1]:

On the license manager:

1. Navigate to Settings > Licensing.
2. Select Usage Report.

On the monitoring console:

1. Navigate to Settings > Monitoring Console.
2. Navigate to Indexing > License Usage.
3. Select Historic License Usage.

Both Usage Report and Historic License Usage chart Average and Peak Daily Volume over the last 30 days.
