Tag Edits not Saving - GUI

I have a user trying to edit a tag to save a new value pair and it will not save.  We are able to add tags via the GUI, save and it acts like it is working and then when we re-edit the tag - nothing was saved.  I have tried this as the user and as admin.  Any shot at what could be blocking this?

Hello @csteacy 

I recall similar issue happend with my self as well, changes that were added by UI not able refelct even after sucesfull save. we added tags via CLI, with the help of team who has access server CLI. 

It seems there is issue on UI, I would suggest raise support case with Splunk support.
