Is it possible to forwad logs from Logstash to Splunk ?

Hi,

I am new to splunk, I wanted to know if it possible, anyhow ,to forward logs from Logstash into Splunk? If so, what are pre-requisite needed such as data connectivity between them, data read frequency setup .
