Is it possible to disable SSL Certificate validation for Splunk Web?

I have a 3rd party SSL certificate installed for Splunk Web. The certificate has a Certificate Revocation List (CRL) configured.
Is it possible to configure Splunk Web not to check/validate the certificate via the CRL of the certificate?

I do not believe that this is something that Splunkweb is responsible for, that is, the client (browser) is what checks for certificate revocation (see something like this).
