How to check overall events per second?

Hi,

Apologies if the subject is a bit vague but I would like to know if there is a way to check overall Events Per Second ingestion? Is it through the Monitoring Console?

index=_internal source=*Metrics.log TERM(group=per_index_thruput) 
| timechart span=1h sum(eps) as eps
