Are there any restrictions for Installing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint on Splunk servers?

Hi Team,

Our team is planning to install Defender for Endpoint on Splunk server. Can anyone please confirm if there are any restrictions for having Microsoft Defender AV solution on the Splunk servers. Means would there be any impact if we install the same on the Splunk server.
