"UniversalForwarder Setup Wizard ended premarturely because of an error" on Windows server 2019 Standard

Hello guys,

We are trying to collect logs from our Active directory into Splunk enterprise, however we were getting this error UniversalForwarder Setup Wizard ended premarturely because of an error when trying to install the Universal Forwarder on the server [Windows server 2019 standard], noting that we created a new user with admin privileges for that purpose.
Is there any problem with installing UF as a "Domain Account"? or is there any additional step that we should take..
