how to get syslog data from prisma-cloud to splunk??

in My cloud different tools  are there like jira,servicenow and there  i can send alert notification to that tools

so how can i add splunk and how to get syslog data from prisma-cloud  to splunk.

what i have to do for that 

is there anyone who can help on this???
