Why is threat intel artifact not getting the same count as uploaded CSV?

Hi,

I have uploaded a CSV file in Threat Intelligence Uploads with different data types like ip_intel, email_intel etc.
CSV has 90 records including headers. Also, I have added all the required headers as per different data types.

While I upload it, it shows "File uploaded successfully."

But when I check under threat artifacts it shows count as 27, which is wrong.

Why is it giving the wrong count ?
