Splunk Enterprise Security API is not allowed for admin

I have admin, user, power
roles on Splunk Enterprise Security instance but it still requires authentication and it does not accept my credentials.
I just wanted to edit my role but it appers nowhere. I looked up to Settings -> Access Controls
but Users link is now shown there.
