Splunk DB Connect: Can you help me create a search that generates an asset list from our Microsoft SQL server?

We are attempting to bring data in from a CMDB to generate our Assets list for Splunk. We have established the connection between DBconnect and our CMDB.

Does anyone have a query that they use to do something similar to give us a starting point? Don't want to reinvent the wheel if it has already been done.
