I am sending SRX SD logs to Splunk and it is not showing up correctly. Splunk unable to recognize the fields with the logs.
When I am forwarding syslogs to splunk as Raw Data syslog via another log server it shows up correctly. This tells me there is issue with Splunk configuration and Splunk Rsyslog failed to convert SRX logging. I have asked this question to another vendor and they also had the same experience and in order to resolved this issue they added another Linux syslog forwarder. Why Splunk unable to translate the SRX logs. Please advice; what is the issue with Splunk syslogs parsing?
