I tried to schedule an examination for splunk cert via pearson vue. Saw a notification, according to it, my credentials should be identical to those in my ID. I 've been trying to change them ever since. Pearson vue told me to contact Splunk about the matter. I did but nothing happened! Anyone having dealt with similar problem in the past?
Note: My Splunk Credentials are identical to my id, hence the title.
