Looking for .conf17 FFIEC Cat initiative paper

Hello! I attended a session at .conf2017 entitled "FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool". In the presentation Curtis Johnson, SME talked about a document entitled "Mappings for the Splunk Enterprise - Cyber security Controls and Cyber Incidence" . It was on Box.com - but no more. Did anyone download a copy before it disappeared? Would be VERY grateful! Thanks!

I was actually looking for the document mentioned in the presentation. It was a document entitled: "Mappings for Splunk Enterprise (Core), Enterprise Security (ES), User Behavior Analytics (UBA)". Used to be at a box.com location https://splunk.app.box.com/s/bqdww2cs6vywj5g268cgg57mglubvgjj but that hyperlink is DOA.
