If I update the assets.csv lookup for ES, how do I update the datamodel as it doesn't show my updates??

Is there a script or function i need to run to update the Identity management datamodel?

I assume the transform for the assets.csv is enabled and if so, the scheduled search for asset and identity should pick up after 5mins. if its not happening, you can run the 'saved searches' in Force a merge section

This will force the assets and identities re-build. You can then review them using the below macros and check for your new entries.
