how to customize the radiogroupview of Django webframework to display radio buttons horizontally

I have a reqiurement to display the radio buttons horizontally using Django webframework.Please let me know any option is available to customize.

In the block content section use HTML to create many cells across the page horizontally and then place a radio button in each cell.

Example:
