Can I Make a Splunk Clustermap with just country name?

I am having a data set with country column and I am calculating certain statistics on these Countries. I want to make a Clustermap but I don't have Latitude/Longitude or IP information in my data set. Can I still make my visualization. Any help will be much appreciated.
