Unable to access cloud splunk free trial- How to overcome this error?

I have started my splunk cloud trial and it is giving me below error while trying to access the link.

Too many HTTP threads (1267) already running, try again later

The server can not presently handle the given request.

I too just started my free cloud trial but am getting the same error. Hoping support is able to fix this soon!
