Splunk Cloud Add-on for JIRA Cloud: Why is there Unknown search command 'jira'?

Hi all. I'm new to Splunk Cloud so I installed JIRA Cloud Add-on for Splunk Cloud by following this steps. But, when I do search based on the index that I configured on step 4, I found no results found. And when I try to do this, it shows 'Unknown search command 'jira''. Did I miss something here? Please kindly help. Thank you so much.

@irrena there isn't any command like jira, your search is wrong and also please correct the metadata field as sourcetype
