Trying to find what could be the culprit of the following situation: 

Splunk Cloud Client. Running Version:8.2.2107.2, but doesn't show the experience type. 

 

From the apps page, i don't see a Download option on some of the apps we uploaded before. These are private apps. I have a sc_admin role. 

I can't seem to find whether there is a specific missing capability? I've compared those with another splunk tenant and Download function is available for me there and I also have sc_admin role there. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
