Can someone explain Splunkd.service parameters?

In Splunkd.service, there are parameters like

TimeoutStopSec=360
LimitNOFILE=65536

Could you please explain how they are used? Can I double the value of them?

https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/Admin/RunSplunkassystemdservice#Unit_file_naming...

the names TimeoutStopSec as the timeout, looks like... splunk will wait for splunkd service to stop

and LimitNOFILE  as 65536 number of open files.

this page gives some details about this parameters. its generally not to modify these default parameters, unless you are looking for some specific requirements.
