uptime metrics of a web page

Hello,

Is there a simple way to render the Availability rate of a webpage in AppDynamics? 

I found  SAM which doesn't exist anymore.

Yes, the SAM (Service Availability Monitoring) has reached end of life. As stated in the following link:

A replacement for this functionality is AppDynamics synthetics API monitoring.

However, if you are interested only in the availability of a webpage, and not a web service, browser synthetic monitoring may be better.
